A logistics network, in control.
We built Jazeera Logistics as a unified command centre for transport operations — connecting customers, truck operators, and fleet managers in one real-time platform where every shipment, document, and decision flows through a single source of truth.
The challenge
Transportation is a coordination problem before it’s a vehicle problem. Customers need to ship cargo; operators have trucks, routes, and capacity to sell — but the matching, tracking, paperwork, and payment that connect them is usually scattered across phone calls, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. The cost shows up as missed deliveries, idle trucks, disputed invoices, and compliance gaps that only surface during audits.
Jazeera Transportation needed a platform that would replace that fragmentation with a single source of truth — one system where shipments are requested, matched, tracked, invoiced, and audited end-to-end, with every stakeholder seeing the same data at the same moment.
The control tower
At the centre of the platform sits the control tower — a real-time operations dashboard that shows everything happening across the network at a glance. New loads today, pending reviews, shipments in transit, PODs awaiting submission, invoices pending: the metrics that drive a logistics business sit on a single screen, updated live.
Priority alerts surface issues before they become incidents. A driver’s licence expiring in seven days, an SLA breach risk on a high-value shipment, a high-risk corridor flagged for delays, a margin threshold breach on a load — each one routed to the right team with a one-click action attached. The control tower isn’t a passive report; it’s an active workspace.
Live fleet operations
Every truck on the platform shows up on the live fleet map with its current status — active, in transit, idle, or delayed — and its real-time GPS position. The operations team can see which trucks are en route, which are at checkpoints, which are stuck at borders, and which are about to arrive. On-time pickup and on-time delivery rates update continuously across the fleet, so performance is always measurable.
The shipment board complements the map with a structured view of every active load — origin, destination, ETA, current status, and risk indicators. Anything out of pattern (a delayed pickup, an unexpected route deviation, a missing checkpoint update) is flagged immediately rather than discovered after the fact.
Intelligent load matching
The marketplace at the heart of Jazeera Logistics matches customer shipment requests with operator capacity based on destination, cargo type, weight, equipment requirements, and corridor performance. Operators register their trucks, routes, and capacity once; the system surfaces relevant loads automatically and ranks them by margin and fit.
This isn’t a static list. Each load shows its target margin, the cost-to-serve, and the projected profit before the operator commits. Low-margin jobs are flagged for review before they’re accepted. The platform learns from acceptance patterns and corridor profitability over time, sharpening recommendations as more data flows through it.
Financial intelligence built in
Revenue, gross margin, net margin, outstanding invoices, claims exposure, average margin per load: every financial metric a logistics operator cares about sits on the finance dashboard, updated as shipments complete and invoices clear. Top corporate clients are ranked by margin contribution; margin heatmaps show which corridors are profitable and which are bleeding.
This level of visibility changes how the business operates. Pricing decisions stop being reactive and start being informed. Underperforming routes get attention before they become losses. Cash flow gaps surface early. The finance team and the operations team work from the same numbers, in the same system.
Compliance by design
Logistics is a regulated business. Carriers need valid operating licences, insurance certificates, vehicle registrations, cross-border permits — and every one of those documents expires on its own schedule. Jazeera Logistics treats compliance as a continuous workflow rather than a yearly scramble.
The compliance centre tracks every carrier’s documents, scores their compliance health, and flags expiring or missing paperwork weeks before it becomes a problem. A document expiry timeline gives the team a 90-day view of what’s coming due across the fleet. Suspended or non-compliant carriers are surfaced immediately so they can’t be assigned loads they shouldn’t carry. Audit readiness stops being a project and becomes a state.
One platform. One source of truth.
Operations, fleet, finance, documents, and compliance — five domains that traditionally live in five separate tools, now connected by a single data model. Every shipment ties back to a load record; every load to a carrier; every carrier to compliance documents and a financial history. Pull any thread and the full context is right there.
Sixteen weeks from kickoff to a production-ready platform: 150 pages designed and built, 60 distinct features across five operational modules, three stakeholder roles, and a foundation engineered to scale from a regional fleet to a continental network.
